📜 Terms of Service

By using the PogXyz bots you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms, and you commit to using the bots responsibly. You also agree to comply with the official Discord Terms of Service and Discord Community Guidelines. In line with Discord's rules, the service is intended for users aged 13 and over.

• 📢spread spam, malware or other harmful content,
• 💢harass, bully or discriminate against other users,
• 🧨attempt to compromise the integrity of the bots or their hosting,
• 🕳️bypass rate limits or exploit bugs — found a bug? Please report it on the support server instead.

• 🪙The PogXyz Events currency is purely virtual — it has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• 🎁Giveaways are organised by server administrators, who are solely responsible for delivering the prizes. We only provide the technology.
• 🎰Casino games (/gamble) are played exclusively with the virtual currency. The service is not gambling within the meaning of the law.
• ⚖️Manipulating giveaways or the economy (multi-accounts, exploiting bugs) may lead to a reset or a ban.

Voluntary contributions and subscriptions are processed by Ko-fi and governed by its terms. Contributions fund hosting and development and are non-refundable unless required by law.

• 📅Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.
• 🌩️We cannot guarantee 100% availability due to technical issues beyond our control.
• 🐛Users are asked to report bugs and issues — it helps everyone.
• 🚑In case of an outage we do our best to restore the service as quickly as possible.

The owners of the bots are not liable for damage caused by incorrect deployment or configuration. Technical support is provided on a voluntary basis via our support Discord.

The developer reserves the right to restrict or permanently block access to the bots for individual users or entire servers in case of a violation of these terms or abuse of the bots.

We reserve the right to amend these terms. The current version is always available on this page (see the date above) and significant changes will be announced on the support server.
