📜 Terms of Service

By using the Pogxyz Discord bot (the “bot”) and the pogxyzbot.com website (the “service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot or the website.

You may add the bot to servers you manage, free of charge. You agree not to use the service to:

• violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines,
• harass others, spam, or spread harmful content,
• attempt to disrupt, overload or abuse the service.

Signing in to the dashboard is handled via Discord OAuth2. Server settings can only be changed by users with the “Manage Server” permission on that server. You are responsible for actions taken under your account.

Voluntary contributions and subscriptions are processed by Ko-fi and governed by its terms. Contributions fund hosting and development and are non-refundable unless required by law.

The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for damage caused by outages, data loss or misconfiguration by server administrators. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

If you violate these terms, we may prevent the bot from working on your server or deny you access to the dashboard, without prior notice.
