🔒 Privacy Policy

The bot stores only data required for its features:

• server ID and name, server settings (channels, roles, prefix) chosen by admins,
• moderation action records (user ID, reason, time) and warnings,
• ticket records (channel ID, opener, subject, status),
• role-menu and info-panel mappings (message and role IDs).

The website receives your Discord ID, username, avatar and server list via Discord OAuth2 — solely to display them and verify permissions.

• the content of regular messages (prefix commands are processed in memory only),
• passwords (login is handled entirely by Discord),
• payment details (payments are processed by Ko-fi).

Data lives in a secured database (Upstash Redis, EU region) and with our hosting partners (PebbleHost — bot, Vercel — website). Only the bot operator has access.

The website uses only technical cookies required for signing in (session) and one cookie remembering your language. No tracking or advertising cookies.

Server data is kept while the bot is on the server. After the bot is removed, the data is no longer actively used. You can request full deletion of your server’s data anytime on our support Discord — we will process it without undue delay.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. Just contact us on the support server (link in the footer).
